Sourced from smallholder co-ops in Yirgacheffe, this single-origin lot is wet-processed and hand-sorted. Expect notes of jasmine, bergamot, and ripe peach with a clean, tea-like finish. Roasted in small batches in Berlin and shipped within 72 hours. Best brewed as pour-over or espresso — grind coarser for filter, finer for lever.
